Trying to get a tattoo in memory of my brother, so hard.

Unfortunately, I cannot say I had the best experience. I have been in touch with, via email, the proprietor on a few different occasions trying to set up an appointment. We could not settle on an appointment time that worked best for both of us. So anyway, I asked them to let me know what else they had , and I waited a couple of weeks to hear back from them. I did not hear anything so I reached out once again through email to jog their memory about our correspondence . Unfortunately, my email seems to have been ignored because it has been a solid week with no response. I wound up going with a different establishment because, even though it is a little bit out of my way, their customer service is stellar and that is important to me. I, regrettably, have not had that same positive experience with Brody's Beauty Bar

Best service, technicians very friendly and do beautiful work. Clean establishment and great area. I nominate them for best business.
